National Nutrition Week was started in America in the 1970s and is now a global event focused on improving eating habits and making people more conscious of what they eat and in what quantity is sustainable to a good long-term health. In India, it is celebrated from 1-7th September. Usually several seminars, conferences and campaigns, and awareness programmes are held across the country. The goal really is to educate the masses about how to maintain a proper diet, and most importantly, how to handle nutrient deficiencies in their body.

Since you are doing keto, you will have to keep up the low-carb routine and stick to eating less sugar and low-starch foods and that counts for fruits and vegetables too. But don’t start skipping meals thinking it will speeden up the process.
