How to Return an Order

Please get in touch with us at [email protected] in the event that you decide to return the item.

Any products you would like to send back must be in their original packaging, unopened, and saleable condition within 14 days after delivery. We will not be able to provide a refund if the returned item does not fulfill these requirements or if the customer does not adhere to the return policy's deadlines.

You can encounter delays with the reimbursement or it might not be granted if a package is returned without a return label and/or RMA number. A refund will be issued using the same payment method once the merchandise with an RMA has been received and examined by our staff. Please be aware that it could take up to 14 working days to get the refund.

Within 3 business days, a member of our customer support team will get in touch with you and provide you with an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). The return form, which can be found at the foot of this page and is to be included in the return package, will require this number.

Return Policy for Outside USA:

We won't be able to refund you for that order or reship the order using a different carrier if you refuse to accept your box at customs because of hefty customs duties. The package will be returned unopened to customs in this scenario.

Only shipping costs are covered by international shipping rates (except Canada). Customers should be responsible for paying customs taxes, and international customs regulations differ greatly. You are responsible for paying the customs cost to send the package back to us if you want a refund on your order. This means that as soon as the box is returned to our warehouse, you will receive a credit for the price of your order less the original shipping fee.
