Herbs Instead of Saturated Fats from Today

Most heart diseases happen when you consume too much high saturated fats.  High levels of bad cholesterol starts to form in your heart, and it just so happens to be the global cause for death.

So how do you be more aware of what you are eating? Reduce your intake of saturated fats and sodium. This includes some of your favourite dishes like macaroni and cheese, chicken parmesan and chocolate mousse cake.

Recently it was discovered that people have however shown a higher preference to herbs and spices like rosemary, cinnamon, cayenne and thyme in place of saturated fats and salts. Adding these herbs in place of the original harmful ingredients enabled the authentic flavours of the dish to be maintained but also made it much more healthier. So what do you think?
