Genes Can Influence Vegetarianism Now!

Did you know that you are not the only one struggling to adhere to the vegetarian diet? Some people are strict herbivores, while others are carnivores. But among those vegetarians, there are many people that have a difficult time sticking to this carrot and beans diet, and it is not due to their “low self control”. Apparently, it has been recently discovered that genetic factors play a role in this. In fact, almost 11 specific genes have been identified to be contributing to vegetarianism. So basically, some people eat vegetables because their ancestors have been doing the same, while some started fairly recently and hence find it difficult to resist sometimes! Damn, science can really find an answer for anything!
